Our program offers something for everyone — from cooking classes and wellness seminars to gardening workshops and farm to fork events — to make connections about important food, health and environmental issues.
The Co-op’s classes feature the high quality, local and organic ingredients we sell in our store. Students receive a “shop after class” coupon for special savings after each class.
All classes and events are held in the Cooking School & Community Learning Center, upstairs in the Sacramento Natural Foods Co-op at 2820 R Street, unless otherwise noted. Pre-registration is required for all classes. Fees are due at the time of registration.

In some cases, photography is allowed during classes. Please attain permission from a class assistant.
