Posting of Bylaws Measure, and open meeting to discuss proposal. Members must be current in their fair share investment on this date to vote in the 2018 election on Bylaws Measure.
May 11 — JUne 4
Visit with the board during this time period to ask questions about the updated articles and bylaws and the upcoming special meeting—schedule to be posted on the bylaws update page.
Arguments (pro and con) due to Stacie Larkin, Board Administrator. Arguments posted on or before May 19.
Rebuttals due to Board Administrator. Rebuttals posted on or before May 26.
Voting opens for the proposed action at our special meeting. You will receive a guide to the updated articles and bylaws in the mail.
Ballot Packet to be mailed and/or emailed to members eligible to vote. Online voting system with ballot and packet open and available.
Special Member Meeting held concerning the completed election will take place at 6 pm, upstairs in the Training and Conference Room.
June 21 — 22
Ballots counted. Final Election Report reported to Board President and Board Administrator and results posted in the Co-op and on the website. Last day to file a challenge to the election.
Results are annouced to membership
Submittal of Arguments pro and con should emailed to Board Administrator (email@example.com) by close of business May 17. Maximum of 275 words, which does not include signatures. Pro argument must be submitted by Board. Con argument must be submitted by at least 5 active members.
Submittal of Rebuttals to arguments should be emailed to Board Administrator (firstname.lastname@example.org) by close of business May 24. Maximum of 150 words, which does not include signatures. Board must submit rebuttal to con argument.
